Merritt Joinery are distributors of Acrycast cast acrylic sheets.

Acrycast cast acrylic is an easy alternative to glass that won’t give away strength, durability and clarity. It is a premium quality product, produced from methyl methacrylate monomer and has outstanding physical, mechanical, optical, chemical resistant and thermal properties.

Acrylic is manufactured from a lightweight, rigid thermoplastic material that has many times the breakage resistance of glass and offers excellent outdoor stability when exposed to the Australian sun.

A wide range of sheet sizes are available (most popular being 2440mm x 1220mm). If we don’t have it in stock, we can order it in for you.

Merritt Joinery offers a cut to size service, utilising both saw and/or laser machines.

We also have numerous off-cuts suitable for smaller applications, and can source other acrylic materials/colours/thicknesses for the hobby enthusiasts who require custom shape cutting, blanks, signage etc.
